Bryce Bennett began his career as a high school English teacher and found painting as a world of escape and inspiration. Painting on weekends and summer breaks, he often taught himself by copying master Impressionists that inspired him. His passion for art has since developed into a full-time pursuit. His current work is focused on celebrating beautiful color harmonies found in nature and often features rich surface texture, the result of impasto application of oil paint.
